Admin users who will create template of different categories (e.g. schools books, Higher education) and can upload book titles. Admin can create series and associate some book titles under the series. User who browse the site can be able to search the book based on the categories. User can purchase the books through online mode/cash on delivery. Once the user purchase the book through online, book will be delivered through offline mode.

Sify’s Shopping Site. Users can purchase items like Apparels, Gifts, Electronics & Durables, Computer peripherals etc through online. User can add the items in their own cart and pay through Online (payment gateways) or Offline Mode (Cash On Delivery)

Sify’s home page. Here user can view the latest top stories. He can check the latest stock rates. He can view the editions in major cities (chennai, mumbai, delhi). He can also browse different channels under sify by clicking “Sify Channels” link. He can also view the daily update in each channel by clicking the individual links in the “Daily Pick” column. Admin user who will populate the latest top stories and daily pick and update the latest editions through CMS interface.

The site allows the users to blog content and audios in their own stations. User can create their own stations and upload article (title, description, image) and upload audio for the station, once they upload article, moderator will check the content and audio and then he will approve the same. After approval the content will get displayed in the site. If the moderator rejects the content then a mail will get triggered to the user stating the reason for rejecting. Moderator will choose top10 content across all categories and he can make that as TOP10 and it will get displayed in the homepage. Moderator can add categories through the moderator interface. Users can publish their audios through IVRS. Once the users send their audios through IVRS then it will get displayed in the site after moderation.

The site allows the users to play video/audio online. Users will be able to play videos/audios of different categories online. Users will be able to browse videos based on categories (e.g. News, Movies, Sports.). Videos in the site will play in different bandwidth (i.e. it will detect the user bandwidth and play the video based on that). Admin user who will populate the content through CMS and upload the media files through interface. Once it got uploaded through CMS interface, then the content will get reflected in the site.

The site allows the users to get information about various 3D games and can download the same.User can play various 3D games by downloading the executables on the site. The site also allows the user to post any queries on the game and other help, which is needed for the user to play games. Sify registered users only will be able to post queries in the discussion board.

Sify Mobile MIS
This projects is to generate a CDR (Call Data Report) file for the services like SMS, Ring tones, Logos, Pictures and their rates in Sify Mobile, based on the format specified by the operator and send it to them via Email / FTP and also to provide an interface for operators to view the reports of their services. The mobile operators should be able to get report in daily / hourly / monthly basis via Email / FTP based on the interval specified in the MIS admin interface, which is specified by the admin. The mobile operator should have provision to search reports for their categories in date-wise.

Oracle Financials Sifymall Integration
This project involves of automation of sifymall’s accounting process. Sifymall is sify’s online shopping web portal. Once the user purchase an item in sifymall, a unique order number will be given to the item. The sifymall’s admin the item will be dispatched to the customer authorized once the order. For the dispatched orders, claims, invoices and receipts will be generated through the interface by the sifymall admin and the invoices, receipts will be generated as text files and it will be sent to the finance team automatically.

SNMP Web GUI development.
This project requires SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) web GUI development for Nortel Networks Inc. Through the Web GUI one can add a network, enable clustering of servers; enable SSL certificates, add an SSL server. One can also specify an authentication type (RADIUS, LDAP, NTLM) for a server. User Groups can be created and their profiles can be managed through this system.

He can send newsletters to the active registered users.
